Dunlop mills was established in Romania in 1999. Significant growth led to the appointment of Rodica as Managing Partner who is regarded as one of Romania's top accountants and business managers. Rodica is the driving force of Dunlop Mills' business expansion and growth has been constant for a number of consecutive years.

After joining Dunlop Mills, Rodica was transferred to the U.K. as part of Dunlop Consultants International's  'Management Development Programme'.
